Amol Ratan Singh is a distinguished Engineering leader and Innovator with a passion for redefining efficiency and sustainability in industrial systems. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and HEC Paris, Amol has held high-level engineering roles at Unilever, where he spearheaded groundbreaking projects that pushed the boundaries of energy optimization.

As the founder of AeroOptimus Innovations, he leads the development of energy-saving HVAC solutions and customized IoT innovations for safety and process improvement. His ongoing work includes designing cutting-edge cooling tower solutions in collaboration with TU Delft University, setting new benchmarks in performance and sustainability.

With a relentless drive to challenge conventional limits, Amol continues to lead AeroOptimus Innovations toward a future where technology and sustainability work in perfect synergy.

Shivani is a technology leader driving digital transformation at AeroOptimus Innovations. As Co-founder and Director, she leads the IoT vertical for process improvements and industrial safety. An NIT engineer with an MBA from ESCP Europe, she combines technical expertise with business strategy.

With experience in shopfloor management at Hindustan Unilever Limited and a senior management role at Amazon UK, she understands operational challenges firsthand.
She also oversees marketing, ensuring AeroOptimus’s vision reaches the right audience.
